...Yeah, it seems to be the most colorful and sugary thing I've ever created. I wanted to get this Adoptable Party badge and draw something cheerful for a change.
Done with Copic markers on marker paper (A4, 70 gsm), edited in Photoshop.
Yes, the glass and the shadow are semi-transparent.
