Yesh. So this is a retake of my previous Koi mermaid [link] redone for because I luffs her. She'll probably see this afore I have a chance to give it to her, but I wanna upload it now, soooooo. Yeah.
The scanner K I L L E D this. It makes me so saaaaaad! I worked relatively hard on this... Kinda. *three hours from start to finish* XD
Whathca think? Should I do more tradtional art, even though my scanner just eats all the pretty colors? *nom nom nom*
Done entirely by hand with a ballpoint pen and Roseart colored pencils. Whoo for high-end art supplies.

I mean I've seen mermaids...but not ones like this! Plus the colors you choose for any of your pictures are so bright and vibrant! I was wondering if i could try to make a dragon like one of yours, I mean I'll probly make it twisted looking but the color wise.

Yeah, she's part of a species of mine called "Leone," although I've been thinking about changing the name. Sure, you can make your own. They're pretty diverse in terms of body type, hons, feather arrangement, and coloration. I do ask if you make one that it not have the color red in it though. : )

I actually have created a dragon with no feathers but the colors will end up bright.
Colors: Blue,Green, Pink and orange.

Generally the species has a neutral base tone; i.e. black, grey, white, tan, brown, peach, etc., and usually has feathers (although there are a rare variety with no feathers).
But, I suppose yours can be odd. I'll consider it to have dyed colors, rather than natural ones, if that's okay?

I just mean in general for one of that species to not have a neutral base color wouldn't be natural, but I don't want you to have to change your design.

I'm thinking of making the main color of my dragon green or blue...possibly orange. The dragon isn't going to be an OC itself but one of my Oc's mounts.

I do nots thinks that thy scanner hath devoured thine colors and me thinks thy colored portrate is most glorious and thy technique should be mimiced at some point in the future.
