Chipp is rather fun to use, although his defense is the lowest of all (except Kliff, who isn't in most games anyway). That speed, the swift attacks and techniques...
Aside from Dizzy, I have a few other characters that I like using. Sol is my power character, although I use Order Sol in AC instead. People often complain about Order Sol's moves being underpowered without charging, but I don't have that issue. If I'm not using Dizzy, chances are that I'm using Order Sol. However, there are times when I need quick strikes, which both Sols are poor at. In these situations, I may use Ky, who doesn't sacrifice much offense or defense.
Dizzy is my balance. She's great all around, although her defenses are just short of Sol's (who has a 1.00 damage ratio). Plus, some of her attacks are pretty brutal, especially her Overdrives, such as Gamma Ray and Necro's Anger. I didn't think it was possible, but I'm even better with her EX moveset in AC. It adds "Michael's Sword" (IDK where it gets its name from), a variation of Hunger Strike (the ice piranha attack) which releases three bubbles (which take a ton of health and deal brutal block damage if popped near an enemy), Necro Install (which increases her speed and makes her almost invincible, but it doesn't last as long as Sol's Dragon Install), and an upgraded version of Necro's Anger (it works like a counter, snaring the opponent with an explosion, shooting eight icy daggers at him, and finishing with the usual arrows of light).

Chipp is kinda fun to use. I like the quick techniques he can do, like wall jumping (though I could only do that in Accent Core). Also, I like his Engrish. (In AC, he says "What the hell?" and "Jesus!" when taunting.)
