I swear, one of these days I'm just gonna steal all of your Maskgeists away... and then they'll probably eat me or something, but at least I'll die happy.
Anyway, I think it's very clever how the highlights on the fur have a kind of reddish tint to them. It really adds to the "fire" part of the picture.
Also, did you mean to make his eyes stand out? Because when they're blue, they TOTALLY do, and it's really really cool. ^-^

Uhhh yes and no |D they kinda stand out because their colour is usually the opposite of their spines colour.
