I think this (amazing) picture is meant to show a specific relationship between two characters - hence why the description says "our girls," meaning the two characters owned or liked by Rasbii and harleequeen, I'm guessing. I don't think it's meant to represent bisexual people as a whole, just these two bisexual characters c:
