THIS HAS OFFICIALLY REPLACED THAT AKATSUKI/LION KING THING AS THE LONGEST THING I'VE EVER DRAWN.13 HOURS
16 PAGES
ALL DONE IN ONE DAY.
AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN LONGER, BUT I RAN OUT OF PAGES IN MY SKETCHBOOK

You can totally tell where I started getting a bit let enthusiastic about making this look good.
SO ANYWAY
Maybe I missed some, but it really seemed to me like nobody else really did very much with fighting scenes and they looked like they were mostly trying to avoid having to draw it at all, finding ways to steal the treasure quickly and escape.
I figured fighting the Hydreigon would be more fun to draw, as well as a little more realistic. I mean, how else am I supposed to evolve my team?
And then I went and made it complicated by adding injuries and weird team combination moves.
Speaking of which, I put the Yamask and Charmander together because I figured having them fight separately would just make Yamask (or Yorick, if you want to call him by name) a big giant target, being all slow and weak to special attacks and such.
Besides, it looked cooler in my mind.

Looking back over this, I am quite unhappy with how it ended. I NEEDS MOAR SKETCHBOOK.
Not sure if this needs a mature content filter, though... I mean, I didn't make it all gory and detailed, like I usually do. XD

Wow, this is... really cool. I love how you had the Charmander wear the Yamask as a hood, and how they sorta combined their attacks. Also love how you drew that Hydregion. Very cool looking!

That was actually the reason I chose this mission over the others. XD It definitely would have been easier to do the other missions, since they could have been shorter, but I had too many fun ideas for this sort of thing. XD
