Description
The adoption of the pentacle as a Satanic emblem is quite recent, dating only to the latter half of the twentieth century. In modern Satanic theology, the pentagram is far more likely to represent the individual, or the choice to pursue individual glory or immortality rather than union or absorption with the divine- where some traditions advocate the sublimation of the ego or submission to god, Satanism exalts and glorifies it, deifying the human being!!I just added flames because the design looked plain by itself. Yet another tattoo I made that I plan to get.

Symbolically,it's supposed to represent Man's Will above that of a Divine one,at least,so i have come to understand in it's inverted form(where'as an upright Wiccan Pentagram/Pentacle symbolizes the elements,and Divine Will acting over man).
If there is more symbology to it,i know not of it. Just thought i'd give foosd for thought

Thanks. Yeah I plan to get all of the tatoo designs I make eventually. Until then anyone can get them done if they want. I know someone already has gotten one done and shown me a picture. Makes me quite happy.
