My Comments: Beautiful on the outside, but horribly ugly on the inside... Just a random Veela, as described in Harry Potter. Y'know - long white-gold hair, and skin that looks like its shinning from moonlight and all that... xD Yes, I am aware of how strange her arms look in that position, but seriously, it is possible to be in that position. Not that anyone would want to... Anyways, not totally satisfied with this, but what can you do?

Her arms are in a weird posture, but she's still irresistible, probably thanks to that allure she's got. Nice job drawing her despite the arms in a weird position.

Now that can't be confertable! The arms and sholders looks unnatrually flexable, like she has no bones at all. The eyes and hair colouring are done well, and so is the background. It's just those arms, her lack of clothing and really I think the strange cut off her hair seems to have at times.
Actually the main problem with the arms is that the top part of them are too long, that the elbo comes sooner I beleave. A good thing to keep in mind is that when the arms lay beside someone, the hand should rest about be about 1/3 (ish) the way down the thigh. Also I find for positioning, try to do the pose in the mirror and look how your own arms fall, hair (presuming it's long) and how your chest looks.
With all that said though, the facial features are also done nicely.

Couple comments: You could have tapered the lineart in her hair, or colored it, or possibly both!

It's true... her eyes do look like they're looking in different directions... scaaaaaary. o.o *wonders how she never notices this stuff when she's drawing*
