Simply stunning!
The dragon has quite a beautiful amount of detail and looks really menacing in this pose, as if it is about to jump at the viewer. The environment has a very fantastic, ancient feel to it, as if straight out of mythology. With those overgrown spots, it looks almost paradisic!

yes the dragon is almost jumping to the viewer, but the general feeling of the picture is not so bad: the city (Kiria) is a noble and ancient one ruled by Sorcerers.
