This is pretty old. Done a few months back. Thought I'd post it on here, since I took a long time on it, and I liked how it came out.It's Emiru out of Aicle! OMG I love that band to pieces. Emiru is amazing (*0*)

You get a base (Type in 'Base' into the searchbar and save it) and use the pencil tool to draw the clothes with detail. It's basically drawing the clothes on a naked body.
