Being completely blind from birth, Vélos has made it relatively far in life. She uses her refined hearing to sense when someone is coming, and tuned touch to feel slight tremors in the ground. In relative, she "sees" better than most, hearing slight echos that others overlook.
Years of practice and fine tuning have trained her to the point of perfection, don't talk about her behind her back, she can hear a pin drop from across a highway.
Her parents were killed when she was only a filly, she ran away into the wilderness, where she survived the roughest years of her life fighting off anything and everything that attacked. She carved her first bow from a Yew tree with a blunt rock, something her father taught her to do as he saw that the rebellion was beginning to take power, he knew that one day it would come in handy.
After carving a few arrows, she quickly learned that Archery was her talent, and she found herself at the gates of The Resistance, a group fighting for freedom, where she has been taken care of ever since.
Though normally easy-going, she can turn at any second in a fit of freak rage.
Wouldn't suggest trying to sneak up on her.
