Jon Talbain hates humans and hates Darkstalkers who protect humans. Felicia is one of these Darkstalkers who protect and help humans which is why Jon despises Felicia. Rikuo has a family of his own and he wants to ensure the survival of his race which is why he's a Merman. He would never be with a catgirl like Felicia. Felicia would best be with someone of her own kind... in this case, Tony which is you.
