It's Chopper, from One Piece! I know he looks a little funny, but that's because I wanted to draw him in my own style. Where's the fun in copying the creator's design exactly? Also, there's the fact that I haven't drawn Chopper much.The title comes from the fact that I drew this on craft paper.
