I like the pose, how dynamic the picture is and colors. Also, horns are not overdone (rare feature) and fact that they match with symbol earns an extra point. Her expression is good, she is not "soulless", we can learly imagine her personality.
Conclusion: It's a fan troll and I hate all fan trolls. No exceptions.

It was just trying out making a fantroll, because my friend wanted me to. Honestly, i don't think I'll ever make one again. xD I feel like they're just a way for people to try to include themselves into the webcomic, and I don't really want to do that lmao.
So yes, I actually do agree with you, because I have changed my feelings towards fantrolls since this deviation was posted.
