I overdid the blue... Meh, worth it anyway. I swear I could sit and draw Cloudy for hours! x3 I made sure the cutiemark is the right way, unless it isn't. xD I would have done her mane correctly but for this particular piece I think it looks nice this way. :3

Too much blue? NOT POSSIBLE I absolutely love this! you've made CLoudy look amazing and I love how her hair looks there! So it is perfect and psshhht Cloudy is the mare who is lucky!
