How? If I try to put the skin into usermod, it will just say the thing I tried to replace is in usermod.

I have a custom_tf folder which loads over tf2's folder in gameinfo.txt. Tf2's folder might overwrite the usermod one, I'm not sure; I've personally never installed mods into it.
