None taking place in the original MZ universe, no, but there is a installment called Marvel Zombies: DESTROY! It take place in a separate universe where, in addition to the Nazis using zombies to win WWII, the whole of Asgard (Odin and Thor included) is infected.

I know Thor was turned, but no word was spoken of Asgard. They probably sealed off the rainbow bridge.
