He chained him for his punishment, to not disturb the past.
He chained him for his suffering, so mabye it could last.
He chanded him for protection, so his daughter would not remember.
He chained him for the evil, that captured him down under.
Arceus, Arceus, doing it for the greater good.
Arceus, Arceus, doing it because he could.
And because this is true, Ragnarode hates him too.
