The .abr file is in the folder, it's just zipped. Deviantart doesn't allow the upload a .abr files directly. Please try to unzip the file and just import the .abr file into the brushes file. If it still shouldn't work please contact me again.

Hmm.... I downloaded the file but it isn't a brush set. It needs to be .abr format, I think.
