Dock: Avant Window Navigator - I'm not using any theme, the blur efect is a tweak on the wallpaper
Dock Icons: Token Light
Covergloobus: Long Play Skin with some modifications (the font is called Bebas, and also, the blur efect is a tweak on the wallpaper itself)
GTK theme: egtk with dark panel
Panel: Customized image made using Gimp
