Description
The last ship design for now!I also did a crude size comparission chart with all the other ships of Ethera's fleet, just to show how huge is the Leviathan. Enjoy!
The dreadnaught class ship is big, but the leviathan class, is ridiculous, over 3 times longer than a dreadnaught, and god knows how much heavier, the Leviathan was created to intimidate. The main weapon of the leviathan are it's 2 siege turrets, each with two siege class super heavy rail cannons, they fire a slug the size of a large bus, their turning speed is quite slow, so they can't easily hit faster ships, but a heavy and slow moving ship or a space station is a easy target. Besides it's cannons, missiles and torpedos, the leviathan has two hangars, a large one able to hold 4 frigates, and a smaller one, that holds 250 fighters.

Infinite Space indeed. That game had late-game ships that had awesome firepower, and fighter capacity.
Though when I heard of the description, my first thought was of the EVE Online Titan-class vessels. Those things had Doomsday devices, powerful guns, lots of hangar and cargo capacity, and was expensive as all hell. I think there's something like 38 of them currently, on a MMO that has several tens of thousands of players.
