Just because he kicks ass... no, not when Robin is in the suit, but the neato theif dude who stole the suit
For those of you who don't know, Red X is a villain on Teen Titans... i've been watching too much of that show lately
EDIT: I took off the word RED, it didn't fit

Good question... but heck... why change a look? They couldn't get rid of the bright colors when transferring him from Batman, so i guess they wouldn't change it now.
In a serious note, i thing the zenothium thing and how dangerous it is could be a part of him not using the suit. It would also bring back baddish memories ~shrug~

Looks great and I agree about him being kick ass. But I think it would be better off without "RED" on it.
