how do you get the animated picture like that?

Normally, I would have to take each frame as a screen shot painstakingly... but this time, I found a site to make the gif for me, then pull up the file in GIMP, then resize it, then place a stamp template and erase the unneeded parts in each frame (over 30 here), and add words to each frame. @_@
Go to gifsoup to get it as a gif... and save it, then drag it into GIMP. It shows each frame as a layer. ^^

Just choose "Scale Image" to scale the picture. "Canvas Size" to pick the size of the canvas, and center it if you like. It's all under edit, I think... I dunno, I don't have the program up...
