lovely concept, you've handled the reflection especially well. I also really like the fact you decided to highlight the eye, such a nice colour against the greyness of the face.
Did you try playing with brightness and contrast at all? bet you could achieve some nice results with that also

I really like the idea here. But I do think you could've done this a bit better.
First thing is that using the black-and-white-although-one-part-is-coloured style is quite dangerous. At least as far as my opinion goes, I have rarely seen it look really good. I think if you want a more minimalistic look etc. then using any kind of monochrome colour scheme is way better. OR if you want to make the eye stand out then maybe making everything else lighter and the eye darker? I don't know.
Second thing is that - and I know this is quite difficult to change - the tear trail on the right messes up the composition. The line it makes when it reflects from the water is distracting.
Like I said, I do like the concept and I actually like the subtle colours.
