I NEED TO STOP SPENDING MY POINTS ON ADOPTS BUT I DO WHAT I WANTBUt i saw this design and i had to have him
his name is Valour, he lives up to his name but is more stubborn than heroic and basically just a big brute
i've also been considering rping for a while and if i was to rp, this would definitely be the character I'd use
now i just have to find someone who's willing to put up with my lazy ass and teach me how to rp :'D

You have successfully been able to achieve the look of fur without using individual strokes, this style still making the wolf/dog seem realistic in it's own style.
the paws including the pads and clwas draw the on-lookers eye as the highlights used and shading makes them stand out.
taking into account the lighting and shading, it does add depth to the character, however as improvement the direction of the light needs to be re-avulated as it is hard to tell where exactly it is coming from, this is due to the light on the ground where the character is standing is different from the light on the character.
I realise you have shading on your charcter and some small detailed areas of light, and this works very well because of the glow coming from certain parts of the character however as I said above you need to add a lighter are of colour from where the light hits the fur.
the background is simple yet nice, I personally think it represents the characters power or personality, I don't feel as if there are any improvements to be made in this area.

the thing I mostly use for rp's is chatzy (its a chatroom), its really cool cause you can have several tabs open at the same time in that chatroom, and can have a different character on each tab which is nice if you have two or three OC's in the same rp. But I don't mind rping on Skype as well
