how do you install this stuff? (I'm new to mac, except designing progs)

depends on which icon, for some apps you can simply copy and paste the icon from the info panel (command + I), however for most system icons you have to modify the app resources which can be a little tricky if you're not familiar with the unix command line... if you have money you can just get candybar
