Normally I try to keep my renders below 5 minutes per frame. (if it's more than that I check the rendering settings to see if there is something I left at a render overkill value)
but I use some complex compositing on different outputs of the frame to achieve the results I want.
You probably have your reasons this render used this much time.
I talked to a guy whom used 4 days on a render, and asked him to check his settings for overkilling values. after he adjusted it a little the render looked just the same but used only 40 minutes instead (winch is several 1000% more efficient I believe)
(when I say overkill values I mean when you set the quality of something much higher than what the eye will be able to see in the final result)

Oh. I have no clue what that is! XD by any chance do you know how to use Paint.Net? I have it but don't know how to use it..

Vue is a 3d program. you model your scene light it and render
you can download the program here [link] to test it
I heard about paint.net but i didnt work with it yet. I think its another layer-based image editing program that means that you can combine pictures by setting them on different layers and paint over with so called brushes.
It is easy to use and there are many tutorials abot paint.net out there for example here [link]
I hope i helped you if you have more questions just ask me and try out Vue if you have the time its an amazing software and not that difficult
