Excellent! Love these props, albeit I'm totally scared at the prospect of putting them together at my end to create a whole scenery... Call it laziness on my part, but doing that some time ago to create a couple of DA2 sceneries was enough for me!

So, I'm really looking forward to your Inquisitor's quarters scenery! Also, a skydome sounds like an intriguing addition, I love the view from the Inquisitor's quarters! And if one wants to use a background picture rather than the skydome, then I guess turning off the skydome in XPS is enough, isn't it?

Thank you so much!! True, building a scenery from scratch can be a real challenge! Nah, not lazy! You just gotta be super eager and motivated to dedicate your time to building a stage - that's how it is for me.

So I've just uploaded the quarters and added a separate skydome, like you suggested. Separated it from everything else, too because I'm finding it quite difficult to light an XPS scene and the dome equally well with just the 3 XNA lights.

You're welcome! Definitely a challenge... and if it's not really me being lazy, then I need to figure out where my motivation to port Merrill's DA2 home is gone: probably lost along the way due to my DAI playthrough!

And I've just seen your upload of the quarters scenery: it's perfect! Adding the skydome as a separate part was very thoughtful of you! The few times I've used a scenery with a skydome in my works I had to make a first set up of the lights for the main scene, another for the skydome and then combine the resulting pictures. Having the skydome as a separate part will make this process much easier!

Ahem... Yes, I tend to be distracted easily... It's almost a year since I've got essentially all the elements of Merrill's home sitting on my hard disk, but progress on building the scenery has been so very slow. BTW, that's a pretty good question about the eluvian... I never thought much about that, lol!

And the skydome does indeed work fine!

Aw, YAY!
You may have noticed some food items in the tavern pack I released earlier, but that was just a tiny selection. I'll keep it in mind to add more foods in the future. This one contains only the cheese wedge, apples & oranges and lemons.

Thanks, but these are just the props - the actual environment will be up here in a few days
As far as I know there's no way to extract the levels as a whole (I think I tried pretty much everything I could come up with, but alas…) - so yep, I had to put it all together and skin it mesh by mesh. Tedious at times but totally worth it!

I totally know what you mean. Assembling whole environments from smaller mesh pieces is a real pain--like trying to assemble a 1000 piece puzzle with only reference shots to guide you. But the end result indeed makes it all worth it. lol.
