in the story, his village is going through hard times, so no one needs to use a tailor. he is very hungry.

well seeing how youre just starting out with this style, i would say youre off to a damned good start man.
i wish i had some suggestions as to what to try to give it more of a painted look. maybe youre just not happy with it because youre so used to seeing your work with the lines...

I must say, this is quite likable. The way that the fur was done makes this character look pretty realistic, and I also find the expression to be pretty interesting.

plus the style isnt where i want it to be. it feels to unrefined right now. i really like the story and i want it to look perfect!
