oh please don't get me wrong. when i worked at [now out-of-business video rental store] we had little cardboard signs facing us, telling us the *12* things we were supposed to say to (demand of) a customer on their way out the door.
OF course they dont want a magazine. they are in a VIDEO store.............. guh
