You are not allowed to re-use this work, this is for learning purposes only!This was made in The Gimp using the XCF file type which has layer types Photoshop does not, the PSD may require tweaking to get closer to final result!
There were a ton of Dodge and Grain Merge layers in this and I've re-named them to specify what type they were in Gimp before I converted this to PSD, good luck!

if you can put all the materials in different groups like
Adjustments, Render,BG etc then its easy to follow ^^
and if you use Topaz add it in the layer Text that what topaz tool you used.
