Description A great fursuit version of Stan Sakai's classic samurai rabbit creation strides through Midwest Furfest in 2006

Just an interesting fact, would you believe Usagi Yojimbo has never been published in Japan?

Usagi's never been done in a Japanese edition? Seriously? That does sound odd.

Yep, surprised the heck out of me when his creator said it at a convention.

That's quite a cool suit indeed. What, and he was never published in Japan? The more you know.

Yep, I've seen Stan Sakai a couple of times at cons and fans are always amazed by that.
He also usually shows 4-5 animated pilots for Usagi that are pretty bad (including one for Space Usagi.)

Neat! I've not seen those, though I attended a presentation on yokai he did at a con once. Fun stuff, and it explained a lot of things not just about his comics but also a number of other Japanese creative media, including Super Mario Bros. of all things.
