The eyes are weird, and i don't know how to fix them...Tell me in the comments is you want a digital version of that drawing ^^
Update: I updated the drawing, because eyes look awful ;-;

Ah, I think I see the problem with the eyes, they seem too far up and one seems to be slightly wider than the other!
But it's not a problem, you can simply erase them and re draw them, or if you make a digital version you can edit it then.
Although I would advise just redrawing them on the actual drawing otherwise you may get in a habit of not being able to draw them in the correct way.

Hm, well if you say so, I cannot really say much since I'm no expert.
Although I think her body looks fine considering she is wearing a coat, something that generally makes you look bigger anyway.
But if I may say, her hat also seems quite small, maybe you could make it a bit bigger? Maybe that would help the situation a little at least.
