It's a Work. In. Progress . Not finished yetI can't believe I got some free time to work on it today!
I was going to do a nice cell shading with this one, but suddenly my hand started to paint all over it in the same layer and by the time I realized what was happening this was done.
Hope you'll like it ,so far.

And no wonder why Brock wears orange...because he likes Misty's hair...she doesn't need to dye it. And Misty wears a bathing suit...because Brock likes the summertime...this is the best ship in Pokemon...now that Brock's gone...he can be with Misty...maybe Dawn can give Misty a makeover...unless...Misty doesn't need it.
