Commission by of one of my approved crossover pairings for Naruto with Lucy Heartfilia from Fairy Tail.Naruto's look is inspired by 's "Last Uzumaki" custom design, which instantly become one of my favorites. While going through my cosplay photos, I always thought these two would make a great couple, especially if Naruto had a little more serious look about him. Like how Lucy's eyes are large and dreamy, like she's totally into Naruto. Something just got their attention while they're getting all touchy-feely, and it's that split-second where she hasn't quite snapped out of it yet.
Absolutely fantastic drawing that I'm proud to have in my collection!

I'm not really into crossovers much, but Lucy and Naruto would be a good crossover couple. They are both shounen manga heroes who start off as naive one-trick ponies and get stronger and smarter, with a nice group of friends to help them through the rough spots. R3YDART made them both very buff, which gives them a more classical appeal than being pale anorexic bishies.Β
