I don't sit in clubs. I dance. But I've seen lots of people like her, jus sittin there, all caught up in their own self-pity or whatever. But that's cool, I guess everyone's got a reason to be sad sumtimes. Maybe not gettin picked up is a good reason

Answer:
Photoshop brush (that's it). Just used multiply or overlay. so it doesn't cover the wite areas. then some maskings etc...
