Torrey Pines Beach,San Diego, California
I must have taken 50 pictures of this sunset, some orange, some red, some yellow. I like this one because of the way the waves look in the light, and how you can see the rays of the sun. For some reason the term divine mandate has popped up in conversation a few times over the past since-I've-sumbitted number of days, and even though that is usually referring to politcs, I thought that this sunset, and these rays were somethign divine. Something from above (not religiously, just like - dude, the sky is above) that is sent down here for whatever purpose. Hope you like it!

It's colours are... lacking. But hey, rather cool composition w/ the god rays. Just the tones and colors are bland.

nope, no manipulation. probably a little bit of levels in photoshop to make the whites whiter and the blacks blacker but the color is the same - glad you like it!
