I decided to follow up to my ATLA piece!I think it was easy to be critical of the Korra series as it rolled out especially when making comparisons to it's predecessor. However where it seemed to drop the ball in many ways narratively (notably pacing) it was also SO much more ambitious than the original in rapidly evolving the lore and world building of the Avatar-verse.
The sheer volume of conceptual intricacies being built around each season was inspiring and upon re-watching the series it's easy to see that it deserves to sit rightfully beside The Last Airbender.
Anyway this is my last Avatar piece, I promise!

why i like cn rather then nickelodeonOh my god nickelodeon's a kid channel but it still promotes renandstimpy after 26 years! that cartoon is the reason I watch cn then nickelodeon and that cartoon is hell. Good thing I never watched it' it should be on adult swim or fox4 and how are kids 7 to 13 supposed to enjoy nickelodeon with this crap? Is nickelodeon forcing kids 7 to 13 to watch nock Kr because 10 to 13 year olds will hate having to watch preschool shows, and that crappy live action shows like Henry danger, and the thundermans, I mean how are kids supposed to like nickelodeon like this? At least cartoon network is a better channel because it doesn't have live action shows (it did during 2009 to 2014) and it has appropriate shows (except for that MAD show) and cn has been my favorite channel since 1997 because it used to have classics and new shows like Dexter's laboratory, and in the 90's nickelodeon was mediocre and the 90's was like a nightmare for me, so that's why I like cartoon network and the 2000's

This is how the team like to imagine themselves. The reality is almost always a little more farcical, with Mako falling off the back of Asami's jeep (which breaks down almost instantly), Bolin desperately trying to extract Pabu from inside his shirt and Korra buried under a half tonne of loving Naga (whose primary focus is keeping her still so he can lick her face).
Seriously, though, this is a great picture. It has the feel of a marketing poster or a wrap-around cover for a comic book or DVD case.
