"IR Jabiru" I was actually about to pack up my gear and go home as I'd been out in the field shooting stars all night, I hung around and also captured the sun rising through the fog so I was pretty tired by this point. This was photographed from the tail gate of my car, I was literally loading all my spare lenses back into the hard case I keep them all in and was just unzipping my bag to put both my cameras away for the drive home when this Jabiru flew down and landed almost right in front of me. I was super excited because I've never seen one this close before I grabbed both my cameras and madly started shooting, it was an amazing experience.
