This was my final costume for the Madman National Cosplay Comp. I came third WHOO!

This costume ate my life for 4 months - I slept (little), ate (VERY quickly), worked (while thinking of cosplay) and cosplayed. Oh the cosplay.
This competition was epic and I am so honored to have been apart of it.
HUGE THANKS NEED TO GO TO:
- I could not have made the Lance without him. HE IS AN AWESOME COSPLAY PROP SPECIALIST! I couldn't have made this at my place (I live in a TINY apartment) and I was really quite scared of power tools (I am rather fond of my fingers). Thank you thank you thank you for all your help!
- Came to Brisbane with me. Helped carry my horrendous amount of luggage. Dressed me. Put up with my crazy. Helped with last minute painting etc. Again, I could not have done this without you.
- For putting up with me talking Cain all day... every day at work... for four months. Thank you SO much for all your help/advice/brainstorming. Again again - I could not have done this without you.
There are SO many other people who helped make this happen and I will credit you in my journal entry but thank you EVERYONE. This costume really showed me how lucky I am to have such awesome AWESOME friends! THANK YOU!

I will always admire people who cosplay Trinity Blood characters, especially the Novel versions. These costumes are so complex and time consuming that not too many people actually do them. You did a magnificent job on this costume, and man your friend did an awesome job on the Lance, what is the lance made of? If you don't mind me asking. But overall your costume is epic.

Thank you so much! A LOT of time and money went into this costume but it was OH so much fun prancing around on stage as Cain! The core of the lance is a broomstick that can screwed apart (for better transportation). it was then covered in expandable foam. The details were added with eva skin (another type of foam - a little lighter than neoprene). The whole thing was then covered in resin to strengthen it, painted in black then detailed in silver. The tails were made with more eva skin covered in a WHILE heap of hot glue for texture ^-^
