Description
I fired up the old free version, Photoshop PS2, to use the ancient KPT3 Texture Designer. I used that as a piece for a four-fold kaleidoscope or mandala work. I raised parts of the image to separate layers. Then I applied some layer effects to give them a 3D appearance. I adjusted the colors, make them match.
