Based on grinding in Brusthonin, which does not have Elyos to gank me, but is unfortunately chock-full of more zombies.

You did watch Zombieland, then? xD I just love that one ^^ It's goddamn funny and haz gallons of artificial blood ('specially in the first few minutes ^^), basically all you really need ... ^^

I've seen it ... actually Brusthonin is Elysea on the Asmodian side, but you guys never see it. We have green fields, it's unbelievably bright, and where it's not eyebleedingly fertile it's overrun with undead.

lol. Yeah. Theobomos is stark desert. NCsoft Lied to us! XD The only real green places in Elysea are a little bit of Eltnen, Veteron, and like... the left side of Heiron. Most of Heiron is an Undead mess... Eltnen is horrible, since you spend half the game there. XD. Theobomos is actually pretty cool, even for a desert it's got it's own variety - but I definitely wouldn't be minding the green fields right about now.

Hahaha, most of Elysea is desert because you get so much sun, most of Asmodae is covered in snow because we don't, it makes sense. In fact the only desert we have is Salintus, and the quests there even say it's a fluke and wasn't there before the Cataclysm, and is a result of it. Also the place where whatshisface the Elyos jumped through to Asmodae the first time.
'Course we also have a giant volcano area, but you don't need sun for that.

It really does make sense. Lol Elyos are environmentalists I swear. Not that, that's a bad thing I guess but... I don't know. Wish it rained or something more. XD

You get the title "Tree Hugger" for Pete's sake ... at that point I went "Ooookay, I'm going back to Asmodae where I can become a Treasure Hunter or Raider Hero!" Then again you also shoot rocks out of the sky because they ruin the view ... ? And it does rain in Elysea! In fact apart from ONE area in Asmodae (the Eastweald swamp on Brusthonin, which is like a small Elysean island bam-smack in the middle of Asmodae) there's no rain effects at all on our side. Just a lot of snow. Pretty, pretty snow.

You don't get that in Elysea? In Altgard there's the quest with the talking sprig/shugo who's really an Elyos in disguise trying to get back to Elysea, and you help him as an Asmodian. You befriend the Sprig, then later on when she's afraid and admits it you say "hey, what are friends for?" or something along those lines.

That quest was a level 16/18 quest way back on Altgard ... if you don't have one in the Elysean equivalent, I doubt they have a similar quest at all!

day i was 1 bar away from 41 on my sorc, i raided asmoland...for 4 hours. I had 2 kisks. Killed 63 people..some more than once. >_>

nah, only did it cuz a sm freind of mine was like "come on, you never pvp, this is your last chance to go ganking! come with me!" I was like "ok..." he paid for 1 kisk, i paid for the other. it was fun. 30 minutes later, i hit 41.

I tried rifting a couple of times before in Eltnen and always seemed to run into the anti-Asmo groups of 50s that sweep through the area in droves. The only time I rifted into Heiron was for my Betoni's staff quest, really, and even that took multiple tries and too many close shaves. Once Bix and I, and one or two others in our group, barely manages to sprint away from a kisk with half health after respawning. Somehow we didn't die even with the Elyos still wailing on us, but they destroyed that kisk.
Then 20 seconds after I finished the Betoni quest we planned to maybe hunt around for some Ellies, but two 50s ran up the mountain we were on (I didn't think they could do that) and wiiped us. Ode to such painful memories.
