Done entirely in PS 7.I so love particular shades of blue; at times just can't seem to get enough of it.

i'm addicted to that blue color too...hehehe! this is very nice work. the hair seems a little whispy/feathery but thats ok, adds to the softness. i really like the blue and black contrast. nice water too!!

An actual photo inspired me, however it's a Poser 5 basic head model, and I just worked on it until it came to life. The image(s) tell me what they want.
