File has an alpha channel transparency. The background is transparent. TO PRESERVE TRANSPARENCY Right click on the download link and click SAVE LINK AS in Firefox or SAVE TARGET AS in IE. I've experimented with this all morning and this is the only way to get the png format and save the tranparency.

This is courtesy of so she is to thank for the hard work in getting these images ready for easy use - she has an awesome fractal galllery which is NOT for stock use.

If downloading could you PLEASE leave a copy and paste comment saying "Thanks this is great - looks really useful" or just click fave - this will help me know which further stock photos would be helpful to YOU in manips...

So a simple copy and paste of "Looks good" or "Looks useful" would do or just click fave...
