Since i can't ever seem to describe this concept properly (and not make it sound stupid), i hope it can speak for itself.if you can see faintly, the design of the moon says "moon" in chinese, and the character on her shoulder says "night"
. i love chinese calligraphy <3. i wish i could do it better though 
i think those turned out ok though xDsketch version:
and yes, the top won out, it seems. i might do the bottom one, but since i have a lot of sketches and ideas lined up that i want to do, i might not be able to get to it until a few months later (if i still remember it D: ).

0-0 I saw the sketch~ c-couldn't you just color both?? like version 2 or something~~~ =w= I actually like the second sketch more but the thing I liked was that the colors looked like they were fading from twilight/ dusk to midnight from top to bottom >3< ooooh~~~ It would be totally kewl if there was an earth below her too~~ >[]< please color the other version!!!!!!

This is so gorgeous! Her expression is lovely and the star tears are really creative. I love the glowing yellow embroidery on her dress and the designs n her head and arms. The checkered background is also beautiful! Great work. <3

BEAUTIFUL! Everything about it is just lovely~ I love how her hair sort of fades out and the intricate patterns around the edge of her dress are a really nice touch.
