Nice! I assume the wearer sees through mesh beside the eyes? It looks as if it may be difficult for a person with a short neck to see. Or does the lower neck fur conform to the wearer's shoulders?

The mask fits to the face one way or another. The neck covering is basically just a fake fur cowl and just covers, doesn't push the mask up or anything.

And how do you make the ears anyway? I've followed 's tutorials, but I like how you do it better.

Our ears are different from Beetle's on a few major points - first, and the biggest one, is that the core of the ear is aluminum sculptable wiremesh. That allows the ear to be shaped considerably more. I also shave mine down very extensively to get a thin look.
Furthermore, I don't sew the ear and then slide it onto the liner - I glue the pieces directly to the liner with a strong adhesive. It allows for a more precise shaping of the ear. Also, it's just as durable and clean-looking as a sewn ear if done properly.

Oooh Ok, that sounds good! Yeah I sew and stuff mine with foamies, and its nice and all, but I find that they flop forward and move around whenever I put the mask on. Plus, they are extremely unrealistic. 
I think I can find some wiremesh and play around with it. How do you attach it to the mask? Sew it?

Sew and glue, or just glue with a very strong adhesive (be sure to glue it to fur that has been shaved down completely). As long as the base of the ear is curved, it will stand up and not flop.
