I believe that's how it's called, but not sure, any londoners could put me on the right track... it's just the building that is quite close to the Big Ben...
If anyone would like to do a photomanipulation with this image, please let me know and I can load the original on the stock... for 200points, or just download from here as it is, and work on it... downloaded version won't have watermarks...of course.

For us, the historic station was demolished and replaced by a new, large construction site and costs billions.
It does a hurt on heart, that such buildings to be demolished, it just disappears a piece of history.
