I did this pic (just like the others) by just using the in-game sprites as reference. i looked him up after the fact and i would do his jacket differently if i could (give him white decals).but he is a sexy beast, so i'll likely draw him again! >: D

Don't ever change that jacket style, it's by far one of the best for setzer I've seen,the simplicity of it belies setzer's elegance.

I remember Setzer! When I played this game originally, I had a tendency to rename all my characters. Setzer was always inevitably called "Solo".
Glad to see this entry finally getting some love. (sorry, I get tired of seeing VII and IV getting all the fan-love; VI always seems to be left on the wayside, despite it having THE BEST VILLAIN EVER (Sephiroth can go suck it))

everyone has their own fave, i've heard some people say they like VIII the best. i have to say, VII is only my favourite due to exposure, there is WAY more videos and fanart of Vii than any of the others.

You speak the truth, you do. Plus, let's face it, VII made JRPGs popular in NA, and really helped to revolutionize how the stories were told and presented. I can easily see WHY people love it, it's a great game.
I could very well like VI more because it was my FIRST serious RPG that I really played through. Sure, I toyed with IV here and there, borrowed from my friend, but I owned VI and adored that game.
Plus Kefka's the single greatest villain ever.

my first RPG was one of the super old final fantasies without a number, for the game boy. To this day I haven't been able to find it again... something about a boy trying to find his father, his teacher (Mr. S) tries to help. I ended upin The giants world, but never beat the game.... i'd love to finally shelf it one day......

That must be Final Fantasy Legend 2 or SaGa 2. Setzer was awesome in KH2.
