Brownies!!
omnomnom...Got my hands on some chocolate a few weeks ago. And the recipe for this looks so complex. It's easy and all but a lot of different tasks and you need to prepare everything quite carefully
And our lecturer & chef gave us a presentation on the origin of chocolate and the production [then we made him stick on Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory] ... turns out that some of the stuff in the movie is kinda true. Like when he says he has to keep the chocolate moving.
We even tasted some chocolate samples, and if you ever tasted pure chocolate you'll never eat Cadbury's or any other brands again

The only place I know that sells pure chocolate is a shop up in London... Can't remember the name but yea :/

There's different methods... and the recipe I had was broken down into different chunks and I think it's a bit more lengthy and elaborate. But i'm sure there are quick and easier recipes

The brownies did turn out amazing though
it's just breaking down the steps into more time consuming and complex ways of preparing different components I guess hahah
