There is just something that is so utterly appealing about this portrait. My eye was immediately drawn in - the colors flow, the sun...and that solitary tree...I just adore it.

Now i know what you meant about painting some clouds. And wonderful clouds they are too Derek. Love the brush strokes and the lovely blending of colours in this piece.
